Microsoft is all set to hold a special event in New York City next month on Thursday, September 21st. The tech giant has sent invites to the press. The invite reads “Mark your calendars for Thursday, September 21, 2023, for a special Microsoft event.” It is worth noting that the company hasn’t provided any details about devices that will be launched at the event. But, it is most likely that Microsoft will be launching new Surface PCs and announce improved AI-powered features for Windows 11 and Surface devices.

The list of Surface devices that could launch this fall includes the Surface Go 4, Surface Laptop Studio 2, and Surface Laptop Go 3.
Earlier reports from Windows Central suggested that Microsoft will launch the Surface Laptop Studio 2 powered by the latest Intel processors, with relatively more powerful GPU power, and improved connectivity options. Whereas, the Surface Laptop Go 3 will pack Intel’s 12th Gen processor and improved specs.
It is important to mention that 2023 has been big for Microsoft in terms of AI. Earlier this year, the tech giant launched Bing Chat which was integrated into almost all Microsoft services. Recently, the tech giant announced Windows Copilot will be coming this fall as a part of the Windows 11 September Update. The update is said to include a new settings homepage, improved volume mixer, and native support for RAR and 7-Zip files.
